Primary role:

This role would be both a strategic and hands-on operational role. You will work with senior leaders to establish a People Strategy which seeks to further business objectives. Your role is critical in executing our people initiatives by developing and implementing a framework for an overall People Strategy, driving HR functional excellence and overall process improvement. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners. You’ll make a positive impact on how team members experience organizational change, and you’ll use information and close partnership with leaders to build the teams that achieve their specific business goals.

What you'll do:

People Strategy:

• Develop and implement HR initiatives & strategies aligned with the holistic business strategy.

• Focus on development for junior and mid-level management teams

• Leverage People Analytics to refine and grow agile HR practices

Business Partnership:

• Create and execute processes to manage the entire employee life cycle with business partnership teams

• Strategic partnership to enable talent management, employee experience, learning and development practices for your business. • Monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement

• Build Business Partnering capability to position the team as consultants who enable business and facilitate organization change

Talent Management:

• Drive the framework to grow the next generation of leaders through talent management programs and succession planning

• Implement robust talent identification, assessment and development processes

Compensation & Performance Management:

• Drive and facilitate effective compensation and performance management processes for your business

• Foster a continuous feedback culture for both evaluative and development feedback Key Skills

• Has high business acumen to understand key market drivers and priorities

• Is willing to experiment with new and progressive People Strategy ideas

• Enjoys working a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Uses data and metrics to substantiate intuitions and measure program effectiveness

• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to relate messages to all levels of the organization

• Has experience in HR with broad knowledge with 7+ years in IT


• Post graduate degree in or related to Human relations, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Behaviour Sciences• At least 7 years as a business partner)

• Experience of working in IT/high tech/ HR consulting background is a plus
