Primary role:

To meet the increasing demand for our technology solutions and services, our Sales Team is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive revenue by sourcing new business for our full platform offering. This person will focus on new prospect/Leads within a defined geography, target vertical industry, or product/solutions suite through calling, email campaigns, in the Asia, Middle East and Africa regions.

What you'll do:

  • To generate new prospect/Leads within a defined geography, target vertical industry, or product/solutions suite through calling, email campaigns etc
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Leaders to understand priority markets and generate leads for them
  • Good understanding of BFSI vertical
  • Build a strong pipeline for various Regions
  • Strong knowledge of AMEA market
  • Need to co-ordinate with Marketing team to run Email Campaigns in different markets
  • Need to do extensive research in the respective markets to identify leads
  • Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and revenue objectives)
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using various tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or computer science
  • English proficiency with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with spending extensive time on the phone daily
  • Must be aggressive and goal oriented with high personal drive, integrity, and energy
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills are critical
  • Experience in Leasing, Loans, Asset Management, SaaS are plus
  • 1-4 years proven software sales or relevant sales experience with complex technology solutions
  • Experience mining a sales pipeline to make recommendations to internal owners to drive the application evolution and backlog
  • Demonstrated understanding of a ‘customer success’ mindset, and experience providing excellence across all touchpoints in the sales journey
